Your name, address and telephone number. Order number belonging to your order. WHat you want to return and why. Whether you want your money back or you want to exchange the item. When exchanging, inform us with the exact item you want.

Return costs

Returning items is at your own expense. Please make sure you follow the intructions for returning items.

Refund

When you return an item, the amount paid will be refunded within 30 days by the same method you used to pay.

Orders can easily be reterned at your own expanse within 30 days of receipt of your order, provided they meet the requirements of our return policy.
